Our Commitment to You

At PersonaDNA, we believe your persona patterns are sacred data. We are not a game, and we do not deal in superstition. We build tools for self-reflection.

1. Data Collection & Use

When you use PersonaDNA, your conversation input is processed in real time to generate personalized content (a narrative report and companion artwork). We do not store the full text of your raw conversation or personally identifiable details on our servers permanently. Once the analysis is complete, the raw input is discarded. We only retain de-personalized, structured trait data (your "PersonaDNA") for delivering your results.

2. Data Minimization

By default, we do not retain raw conversation transcripts or identifiable personal details. Only anonymized, structured data necessary for generating and delivering your results is stored. This is consistent with our core principle of data minimization.

3. No Fortune Telling

This system analyzes patterns in how you navigate uncertainty and relationships. It does not predict future events, lottery numbers, or relationship outcomes. It is a psychological mirror, not a crystal ball.

4. Third-Party Services

Payment processing is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem processes your payment information securely; we do not store your credit card or payment details. Our AI analysis is powered by DeepSeek language models, and image generation uses Google Gemini models. Your conversation data is sent to these providers solely for real-time processing and is not retained by them beyond what is necessary to fulfill the request.

5. Security

All generated content metadata is anonymized. No personally identifiable information is stored or made public. Your personal identity is never linked publicly to the generated artwork.
